On this day in blues history

Today in 1935 Tampa Red recorded I’m Betting on You for the BlueBird label.  One of the ‘cheap’ offshoot labels, part of the “three records for a dollar” market scheme started by another company.  Yea.  I gotta think three records and something cold to drink would be a major chord in 1935.
